The Perilla is our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, thoughtfully laid out across 1,000 square feet to give residents room to live, work, and entertain comfortably. The split-bedroom design positions each room on opposite sides of the living area for sound separation and personal space — ideal for couples, roommates, or anyone needing a dedicated home office.

The kitchen anchors the home with full-size appliances, plenty of counter space, and a layout that opens directly into the dining and living areas. Both bedrooms include generous closet storage and their own full bathroom, eliminating the morning rush. A private balcony or patio extends your living space outdoors, which is a real benefit during Phoenix's long, sunny seasons.
